Blind Dado Joints
A snug-fitting joint, glued and screwed, that locks the cabinet box together for decades — invisible from the outside but the reason your cabinet won't sag. Most cabinet makers skip this in favour of simpler butt joints, which separate and fail over time. We've never built a cabinet without dado joints. It's why we can back every one with a lifetime warranty.

CARB 2 Certified Plywood
Most low-cost cabinets are built from particle board and MDF — materials that off-gas formaldehyde for years after install. Formaldehyde is classified by the WHO as a known human carcinogen. We only build with CARB 2 certified plywood: the strictest emissions standard in North America. It costs us more. We think the air in your home is worth more.
